My least favorite character on NBC in the 1980s is Sam McKinney from Diff'rent Strokes, I found him to be very annoying. I didn't understand why it was necessary to add another child in the 7th season, he really didn't hold the show together. I think he was the reason why the show jumped the shark.

Anyhoo, my least favorite character(s) is the whole cast of The Facts Of Life.
It was mainly an all girl cast and that's why I don't like it
