If you remember the episode about Screech's Pasta Sauce, Jesse interviews Mr Belding for the school TV show. She asks him, "Where the money that the school board gave the school went," and Belding said it was a petty cash error. Jesse then said, "Thats not a petty BMW you're driving." Then Belding said he just wanted to talk about his pet turtle. Then Zack said, "Thank you Jesse for your report on crooks in high places."

If you remember from the episode where Jesse's stepbrother visits, Mr Belding bought his wife a brand new Mazda Miata. It makes you wonder how he can afford it.

Also, there was that episode where the school set up a teen line, and Zack met that girl in a wheelchair. In that episode, Mr Belding tells them that there is a new teen line, but about 2 days later he tells them that it got cut out of the budget. I know that a school can't cut a program after 2 days, it should take atleast a semester, so Mr Belding was lying, and probably just stealing the money that the school gave him for the teen line and kept it for himself.

He's also incredibly selfish. He puts all his effort into foiling Zack's 'get rich quick' schemes, instead of running the school. The best example is when Zack sets up a teen line and runs it in his house, then Belding finds out about it and threatens to suspend him. What a jerk. Its an off-campus business, Belding has no right to THREATEN Zack over something he has no control over.

i think its a conspiracy, then with the new class screetch started taking payoffs from belding to keep quiet thats how he got such cool clothes while doing a job that paid peanuts.
