Ditto. The ending sort of left some loose ends. It wasn't scary at all and I can assure you the book is ten times more powerful than the movie.

I wonder if Misery is available on DVD. If they have deleted scenes, I hope they include the one where Kathy Bates' character runs over a young policeman over and over with a lawnmower. She was disappointed that the scene was cut but Rob Reiner cut it because he was afraid that the audience would laugh at it.

Thanks for asking. Well, I worked all day, and somehow avoided dying of boredom, then spent two hours driving home instead of the normal 45 because the traffic was very slow, then sort of killed myself at the gym, then remembered a dumb errand I had to do at Walmart which fortunately is close, then stopped at Smoothie King and here I am. I'm okay, how are you? Oops, I keep forgetting to start my LITB collection, so I set the alarm clock. Back in a sec.

You should go out to some place where there are humans, even if it's only a store or something. We've got to think of some activities for you. Actually, I'm really bad about labelling my tapes, I have about two hundred unlabelled tapes here compared to about a hundred labelled ones.

I thought you'd see the whole thing in full-screen version. I remember the 20th Century Fox Channel explaining why they show most of their movies in wide-screen but I can't remember exactly what they said.

To make it full screen, they take a rectangle and make it a square. You miss a lot of things on the side.

The movie format is wider than the TV format. Therefore, the only way to see the whole image of a movie on TV is widescreen. With fullscreen, they just cut off the sides.

True. People are much, much braver on the Internet than IRL. That includes trolls too. I suspect that most trolls don't have the guts to exhibit much troll-like behavior face to face with anyone.

Yeah, sometimes people are very inconsiderate on the road. Some seem too self-involved to think of other drivers. People in big cars block my view of oncoming traffic all the time. You have to wait too, because the alternative just isn't worth the risk.

I had friends that went to Mexico every year on a class trip. They loved it...why, I don't know. Well...one of them liked getting laid down there...

Be careful of that e-mail virus that's going around now. Don't open anything you don't totally recognize.

I know that was directed at me, but if I don't recognize the name, I don't open the attachment. I really hate attachments, unless I give a person permission to send me one.

In 1990, the women's national bowling tourney was in Tampa. My mom was in it, so we went down. And of course we made our way over to Orlando.

My uncle (the one my mom no longer claims) lived in Sarasota at the time, so he played tourguide.
