View Full Version : It was Blair Warner, not Jo, that held the FOL together all these years.
thetrueone 08-20-2003, 04:05 PM Who here besides me agrees that Blair Warner was the true glue to the Facts of Life, not Jo. After all, most guys polled, not girls, truely agree that Blair Warner was the ultimate babe, the preetyest one, the one who held the comedy together, and just simply the best that the Facts of Life had going for it on every season. Lets face it folks, without Blair Warner at all, the show would n't even have made it past the first two eppisodes of season 2. Blair's the true glue to this show, plus she's just dang plain georgious. The rest of the 3 girls are just plain boring and ugly in comparison.
Snowfall 08-20-2003, 04:21 PM You REALLY don't like Nancy McKeon, do you?! Well, I for one
love all the girls on FOL, especially Jo. Blair was great and was a driving force of the show (I'd say second-in-command), but Jo was always the best. If you'll remember, SHE was the one that saved the show during its second season. Blair was there from the beginning, and it still fell apart.
thetrueone 08-20-2003, 04:41 PM Mr., mrs., ms. InspectorBasso, shouldn't you be going back to the Division boards to praise Nancy Mckeon?
And yes, according to polls done by men like me, real men, not fruits like you, a vast majority who watched The Facts of Life watched it because of Blair Warner, the sexiest, preetiest sitcom babe of the 80's. Yes Nancy grew up to be preety and georgious, but that sexiness didn't come until the 90's for her. And yes, Nancy McKeon had to go through a Nose Job in 1991, and she had to wear braces on her teeth in 1992. Lisa Whelchel already went through her braces before the Facts of Life first aired in 1979. Plus Lisa Whelchel never had to go through a nose job because she had the perfect nose. Too bad Lisa Whelchel gave up hollywood in 1991. She would have been the best actress hollywood ever had, box office style, not made for tv movie style like Nancy McKeon. In fact, in 1989, People magazine even said that Lisa Whelchel was one of 10 former sitcom actresses from the 80's most likely to succeed in hollywood box office movies.

DarleneIllyria 08-20-2003, 07:40 PM Haven't you been banned a million times before under different sn's?
MrsGarrettRocksMySocks 08-20-2003, 07:44 PM oh how wrong people can be...
It was niether of them...
It was Mrs. Garrett...hello!
okay, that was my stint for Mrs. G for today. Really, it doesn't matter to me who held the show together...the point was, it stayed together. I don't care if SANTA CLAUS(or his wife, the shadow behind the great man, Mrs. Santa Claus) held it together. Point: It exsisted. That's good enough for me.:):):)
done now.
Warm & Fuzzy 08-21-2003, 10:23 AM Looks aren't everything, you know...?
Oh, and for the record, the correct spelling is "prettiest" --- thought that might be of interest to you. ;)
