I am in desperate search of finding out who the artist is for a particular jazz song.

I don't know the name, or the artist, but I can tell you where I heard it. It was the last season, the show titled "Claire's Place" where Cliff just finished building Claire's personal/private room in the house. At the end they celebrated by drinking champaigne on the carpet. While they were sitting there, an instrumental jazz song was playing, and I love it. I just don't know how to go about finding out who the artist or title is. Please help me?
