I agree that it is a good move. The only bad part is that Tim Couch makes a lot of money to be sitting on the bench. I'll bet that the ownership pushes Davis to play Couch the minute Holcom faulters.

Tim couch had a opportuntity to do something from 1999-2002, Now the time is Up and Holcomb has to pick where left off.

I watched the Browns play last Friday against Green Bay & Kelly did very well in the first half moving the ball down the field. When Tim came in the game, he threw one touchdown & got sacked. Tim acts like he's afraid to run. Who is this new backup quarterback the Browns got? He played in the 2nd half & his last name starts with a B. He sucks whoever he is.

Maybe they'll try to trade Couch?

Don't forget Bernie Kosar made it to the AFC Championship Game TWICE

I don't care what Bernie did in the past, he was still a sorry quarterback. He never could run out of the pocket either. The Browns had better players back then, that's the reason he took them to the AFC championship game twice. I saw Tim Couch on ESPN's Monday Night Countdown yesterday & he said that he doesn't wanna be the backup quarterback but he'll deal with it this yr. Listening to him talk, it sounded like he wants to get traded. That's exactly what Michael Irvin said yesterday.
