Don't forget that for the 5-day week of August 18-22, NICK will be pre-empting "WINGS" to show an extra 1 AM EST episode of "CHEERS"....Oh well, at least they're not throwing an extra episode of "The Cosby Show" at us!
WHY NICK is doing this is still a mystery to me....and heaven KNOWS where they're going to pick "WINGS" up when they resume showing it on 8/23 (I hope that it's not in the middle of Season 3 or some crazy jump like that)!

Supposedly, the series will pick up on the 23rd with "There's always room for Cello" which would still maintain the order. Hope it stays the way. I'm also looking forward to seeing "Friends or Lovers" next.......I always liked that episode.

I love Cheers, but I don't like to see it pre-empting Wings.
Anyway, we're still cable-less at my house :( At least I don't have to witness first-hand N@N's maltreatment of Wings. Still, it's better than no Wings at all.
