Is anyone out there familiar with the 4th season episode "Where Have You Gone, Joe DiMaggio?" as it originally aired?

I read in an online episode giude that this episode featured a scene in which Carol (Suzanne Somers) was watching "Three's Company", and made a comment to Dana about how much she liked the character Chrissy on that show. I saw this episode today on ABC Family, and that did not happen.

I'm guessing that maybe it was a part that was chopped by ABC Family to help make room for another commercial. There was a scene in which Carol & Dana were in the living room (as Frank & J.T. were returning from the store).

Does anyone know if this is when that Carol watching "Three's Company" bit occurred . . . or even if it really did happen?

I can vouch on that. It happened @ the middle of the show after the commercial break, when it originally aired on ABC.

Carol's sitting on the sofa as the "Three's Company" theme is playing. Dana walks in & groans that she's watching the show.

DANA: Let me guess, the girls wear short shorts & it ends up in a wacky misunderstanding.

Carol then tells Dana that she likes Chrissy!

This episode also marked the last time Brendan had a main storyline episode as well.
