I meant that an aspiring model shouldn't have to pay a modeling agency any money. If the agency thinks the person has what it takes to become a model, they'll pay for photos, makeovers, etc. The agency will invest in the person. I know a person has to pay for lessons, but in this particular case, Model Look Magazine is selling advertising space and charging people to put their photo in the magazine. It's supposed to be the other way around--the magazine pays the model.
