i saw that commercial today! but i still think if they are going to use the tune of LITB then they should try to put some of the original cast on thier commercials

I think that commercial is a very poor use of the theme tune. There is no connection. It's as bad as when microsoft used "Start Me Up". They took a 'sacred' ditty and used it for blahness.
