Sorry to have missed all of you on the boards tonight of not being able to log on because of the blackout. The news was mentioning the blackout of 1965 and it reminded me of the other night watching Sports & Leisure, where Fay asked that question. Oh, the stories!! I hope your power is restored shortly, if it hasn't already been.

We didn't lose power here in the Boston area. I hope everyone who was affected by the blackout is doing OK.

I thought that was sooo weird that the night before, the "Sports & Leisure" episode was on, and one of the Trivial Pursuit questions was "what happened at [whatever time] on November 9th 1965?" (I loved Brian's answer- "Joe vacuumed something." haha!). But yeah, I thought that was so weird that they mentioned the 1965 blackout on Wings that same morning (since it was 1 AM).

I lost power for a few seconds at my house. My Dad works at Northeast Utilities, and since parts of CT were out of power, he had to stay at work that day, and didn't get home until 4 AM on Friday. gaaah.

That could be another Trivial Pursuit question for Lowell to answer "Ann-Margaret" to! :lol:
