I just got PSP 7 a couple of weeks ago and man, am I ever having fun with this thing. I'm really trying to learn as much as possible. Here's a cool banner I made which I use as my signature on other messageboards.

Here's another one I made. I just made this one tonight for the heck of it. I probably won't use it for anything but I do like it quite a bit. Any tips or pointers for you PSPers out there would be cool. Also, you might as well use this thread to post your Paint Shop Pro/Photoshop art here.

I know this is off topic but wasnt that girl that's in the first blend you made in "signs"? She was the chick that worked at the grocery store? That's been bugging me. :crazy:

Oh and I think this is the one of the best things I ever made on photoshop. :)

I use Adobe Photoshop for most of my creations... although I will use Paint Shop Pro once in a while for touch-ups and such :)

You're talking about my first banner I posted, right? No that's not the girl from "Signs". It's the actress who played Becca in the movie "The Ring". Becca was the brunette teenager at the very beginning talking to her friend about the videotape.

I actually did this entirely on my own. I know, I know... {snicker} Cut me some slack, I'm still new with this thing.

Are any of this picture programs that you use free or do you have to pay for them. I would like to have one that's free and learn how to do this stuff.

I'm not sure how much Paint Shop Pro 7 costs nowadays, but I know the latest version, Paint Shop Pro 8 is about $100.00 last time I looked.

Edit: Amazon.com says Paint Shop Pro 7 is discontinued but they have PSP 8 available for about $90.00.

Thanks! I know I'm not going to buy it because I know i'd just use it for playing around and then after awhile forget I have it or something. Unless I'm REALLY that kind of stuff, which I'm not, I won't get it.
