Photoshop skills? - can't someone put a couple of good pics together as an animated gif and use that as the board logo?
just have it cycle from the Happy Days logo to the old cast pic to the new cast pic - thats easy

I sorta like the one now because people seem to like the 70's episodes better, and it's more "original."

Weren't you guys paying attention? - put the two images together with the happy days neon sign logo in an animated gif, that way it shows one, then the other, then the logo, then repeats...

has anyone tried? when I suggested it at yahoo groups years ago they said it couldnt be done, but the board is just a basic html page, the only reason it couldn't work is if there is a file size limit on the pic!!!

How about the one with Potsie, Ralph, Marion, Al, Fonzie, Richie, Lori-Beth, Howard, Joanie and Chachi?

I like the one in which Fonzie, Ritchie, Ralph & Potsie are in front of Fonzie's bike with Arnolds in the background. the one that the show opens with beginning in season 3.

I still say we need a Board Picture Change.

A new board picture is a great idea! Who's in charge of changing it? This has always been one of my favorites.

or this one? Althugh no one would probably want it since it was taken 10 years after the show went off the air.
