I always loved the Rembrandt painting that hung in the Stephen's front entrance hall until it disappeared at the beginning of the 7th season in that HORRIBLE redecoration that was done.
Another one that I loved was the snowscape scene that for the same time was above the fireplace in the sitting room. Do other viewers notice however that it often "travelled" around the rooms of the house in various episodes? In one episode I recall in one scene it was in the lounge and in the next scene was on the wall in Sam's and Darrin's bedroom about the fireplace!!!
Bewitched did used to recycle props abit too frequently at times..one of its only faults I believe

I haven't noticed the traveling artwork, but I'll keep my eyes open for it now.

The Rembrandt painting that hung in the front hall is called 'Girl With A Broom'. You can order a print of it, here (http://www.globalgallery.com/enlarge.asp?print=hd-5114). Not too sure about the snowscape scene, but another painting that was used over the fireplace in the early episodes was 'The Old Guitarist' by Pablo Picasso. You can order a print of that one here (http://www.art.com/asp/sp-asp/_/ui--51DBB01F5E0C44B6B0EC6CE52A15E4B1/PD--10024180/sOrig--CAT/sOrigID--4840/The_Old_Guitarist.htm).

I've noticed how everything travels around to accommodate certain episodes, for instance the girl with a broom painting in the front hall usually is replaced by a mirror.

Many thanks Pandora for the direction to that art work site!!! What a great place!
Yes things did "travel around" alot on Bewitched. I know some of the Cravitz furniture was sometimes in the Stephens house such as the table lamps etc. And the paintings in Larry Tate's office often appeared in the guest bedroom!! As I said before it was one of the few flaws in Bewitched but it is sometimes fun picking out things from other sets that have been re used.

You're welcome. :) I'll let you know if I come across anything about the snowscape painting.

Yep, but it's interesting to see how many things you can notice that were moved from another part of the set. Wasn't part of Sam and Darrin's bedroom used for Larry and Louise's bedroom as well? I'm pretty sure that was one of the more noticable things among the many other traveling pieces.

The reason they re-decorated for the seventh season was that a good prtion of the set was destroyed in a fire. That's went they changed the furnishings and artwork and added the addition to the with the second staircase.
