I work during the day and the only time I get to see Beaver is at 10:30 p.m., but starting this week I noticed that they have taken off the show in that time slot and just show it during the morning at 11:30 a.m. What Gives ?

I hope it stays on. It's one of the few shows that's worth watching.

I think it's staying on. The reason why it's not on at the 9:30/10:30 time this week is because of Alan Brady Week. TV Land is showing two eps of The Dick Van Dyke Show and then they show The Andy Griffith Show and then Sanford and Son. I think Beaver will return to the 9:30/10:30 time slot next week. Hope that helped. :)
