Nominations for AOL's third annual TV Viewer Awards will be released today, allowing AOL users to vote for their favorite TV stars in a variety of categories.

Nominees for "Best Fresh Face" include Kaley Cuoco ("8 Simple Rules"), Wanda Sykes ("Wanda at Large") and Gregory Smith ("Everwood"), while Best New Show nominees include "8 Simple Rules," "American Dreams," "CSI: Miami" and "What I Like About You." All of these nominees can be voted on beginning today (AOL keyword: TV Awards).
