Did anyone else notice that they used the same coffee-house set for Runaway and NY, NY? They just moved things around a little, but didn't really attempt to make it look different. Couldn't they have at least painted it or something?

Something else I've noticed. The Navy Pea Coat that Jo has been wearing was worn previously by Eddie. I guess the wardrobe department was on just as tight of a budget constraint as the Props/Set department. None the less, little Jo was way ahead of her time. Pea Coats are cool. I remember being in college in the early nineties and the local army/navy surplus store couldn't keep pea coats in stock.

it's the same coffee shop. but it's not the only time i seen jo with a pea coat. and eddie's jacket i don't it'll fit jo. there both different sizes and build. they just re-arranged the coffee shop into more of a variety shop with the newstand and all. the other eps. it was just a plain coffee shop.

Those shows didn't air back to back like that originally...they probably hoped no one would notice / remember with shows in between...

Also, it seemed like maybe the co-rec in NY was the same set as the lounge at school, since there was the candy machine and such.

Actually . . ."Runaway" was episode number 47, and "New York, New York" was episode number 48.
