Jo: Why would Tootie do something like that?

Blair: WHY? I know why. To make a fool of Blair Warner, that's why.

Jo: You don't need Tootie for that.

I wish I could see it, but unless something drastic happens in the next hour and a half, I've lost my connection to Nickelodeon (out of 80 channels thats the one the stupid college cable system loses) with little hope of getting it back by 9. I saw this ep before and I really wanted to get it on tape, but I've got a plan up my sleeve that I hope works so I can see it!!!!

Jo:Blair you always look so shique and yet so natural,I was thinking you could help me do something with my hair!!
Blair:Yeah!Like washing it?
Jo: No!! I was going for that brain dead look you've got!!

Nat: Who wants to be a skiny pencil? I'd rather be a happy magic marker.

Ms.G: Girls!! Will you tell me what's going on here?
Nat: Group sleep walking?
Ms.G:(gives that "I don't believe you"look)
Blair: Well, you know the first day of school getting settled in and meeting new people....
Tottie: Yeah!! And now comes Miller time!!

This is probably my FAVORITE episode of all time. It was so great to see it again. I think that this was really a turning point in Blair and Jo's friendship.

This episode always makes me cry. Reminds me of when I flew across the country a few years ago to be in an old friend's wedding. The whole plane trip, I'm thinking to myself, "Gee, I hope she hasn't changed. I want this to seem just like old times." Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, could have prepared me for the gut-wrenching pain I felt when I realized that the only person who had changed was me. It ranked up in the top ten worst moments in my life. But it was also a defining moment for me, and I think in many ways, it was for Jo and Blair as well. They realized that their friendship with each other didn't necessarily change them, but helped them grow as indivduals.

I love this episode!
