basically all I can say is wow, like I am fan fol and I loved her there and shes one of the reasons why I began watching the Division in the first place, but I mean fol was more of a comedy and although there were some dramatic moments for her character of Jo, we never saw her full range of acting. Then with the division, it is a powerful, in your-face drama and her acting is amazing, every episode I just am in awe and think she is one of the best female actors out there, she does not get the recognition that she deserves, when you compare it to other acting in other dramas like ER (which I LIKE A LOT TOO...) I think her acting surpasses all of theirs, and she is much better actor then anyone on Friends (once again I love the show) and she has great amount of talent unlike other actors (coughKeanueReevescough) yet she isnt well known, and I dont get it! but theres my 2 cents

Yeah, she's a really good actress and she should be recongized for it.

I agree with everything. Nancy is a very talented actress and doesn't get the recognition she deserves.

I couldn't agree with you more. It amazes me that she does not get the recognition she should for her amazing acting abilities. (Of course she's better than Friends!) She's the best actress/actor I've EVER seen, including those millionaire silver screen hollywood glams. I really do hope she gets an Emmy award for the "72 hour cold turkey" episode. That was....amazing. I'm still speechless.

I know, i totally agree. I think she should have been nominated for some of her earlier stuff like A Cry For Help:The Tracey Thurman Story. No one could have portrayed Tracey better than NMK. She did really well in that movie. I thought that it really happened to NMK, that she ya know wasnt the character. She also deserves something for her work on TD too.

According to internet chats out there on yahoo and other boards, Nancy McKeon isn't the best actress out there. Where's the kung fu style ass kicking scenes on this show? You know who's the best actresses out there? And this is according to the amount of Emmy nominations out there too. Jennifer Garner and Sarah Michelle Gellar. That's who! Not Nancy McKeon as you all thought! Hell, Mrs. McKeon hasn't even been nominated not once since The Division started. Yeah, she's been nominated for a prism once and lost it to some dude!

According to the Emmy nominations the two you listed are number one.
But according to me:
One I don't know who Jennifer Garner is and don't really care to.
I looked her up on the IMDB boards and it didn't pop up like Nancy's did. I had to select what I wanted. But I guess I saw her in Catch Me If You Can. Well if that is the case then I guess her acting isn't all that cause I would have remembered.
For two I do know who Sarah Michelle Gellar is cause I watched her on All My Children when she played Kendall Erica Kane's illegitamte daughter. While playing Kendall I don't think she did the best job. I still wonder how she flew to stardom. Cause I never liked her as Kendall and didn't think she was that much of an actress.
This is all my opinion mind you. But what it takes to catch my attention as an actress is someone when I watch them I buy the role they are potraying. I can do that with Nancy but I can't do that with the two you listed.
So I guess what it takes to be on the Emmy nominations is mediocore acting ability instead of the amazing acting that Nancy shows every time she is on my TV screen.

You are entitled to your opinion as we are entitled to ours. For one I wouldn't watch any of the actresses you mentioned in ANYTHING at all because I don't think they are talented. But see that is my choice as that is my opinion. Like your opinion is that they are good. Well I know what most people hate I like and what most people love don't cause there is no accounting for some's taste. Oh and the link that you left. This is what I got when I tried to go there.

I watched Sara Michelle Gellar try to act with some of the big league. I didn't like her then and I don't like her now.
