i dont know, all i know is that they filmed the graduation episode(which they starred in) before the other season four episodes, then half way through season 4 they decided to quit, so for the fifth season(tori run) they introduced tori, then they showed the graudation episode, so ehre is a timeline :

kelly and jessie quit

No idea, but the episodes without them weren't the same at all.
