As you know Nancy McKeon will be on the View. I was wondering since I have school can anyone tell me what they talk about.

Nancy McKeon was talking about her new show "The Division" and one of them asked her about "The facts of life". It was only like 5 minutes. Not much.

The interview with Nancy McKeon was great.
She said she did not mind people referring to her as "Jo." She did not seem so upset about being stuck with the FOL image. Nancy seemed like a really nice person!

They covered a lot of ground for such a small amount of time. Here's what I recall about it:

They asked her how she could play such a hard living character on the Division and how she researched her role. Nancy said she was drawn to flawed characters and that the scope of a one hour show would allow them to "peel away the layers like an onion" and see what makes Jinny Exstead the way she is.

She talked about two officers from the Sheriff's dept. that she rode with for research and what tough jobs they have and how they choose the rougher areas to patrol because that's "where they could make the greatest difference"." She really credited those guys and all law enforcement types for being able to do what they do.

When questioned about the Facts and if it bothers her to have people call her "Jo," she was very gracious. She discussed how fortunate she was to be on a show that lasted 9 years and that when you come into people's living rooms (I think she said.."they invite you in,") people feel very close to you. She said only nice things about Facts fans.

Most of the View's panel gushed about loving the Facts -- especially Lisa Ling the youngest member.

All in all, she came across as a very genuine person. A real class act.
