Did anyone watch "Follow the Fleet" on TCM this week? I like old movies, but this one got my attention because Harriet Hilliard was in it (1936). Man! When she sang those two songs, I thought I was seeing and hearing her son...Rick Nelson.
Even though it was Irvin Berlin and not R&R, when Harriet sang, I could just see and hear Rick. He got his looks and singing talent from her.

I did!! I love love love love love Ginger Rogers!! Shes fabulous! :D I also watched Shall We Dance ( which followed that) and that one documentary... i forget the name. I really want to see Top Hat now. I watched Swing Time also which was very good. :) (i swear im not obsessed!)
