Go to user CP, Than Edit Options and go all the way to the bottom. You can put one in from your computer but it has to be 150x150.

and they are still working on the upcoming 5th album,

and the DVD with a compilation of a ton of stuff should be out by Christmas,

AND they are re-releasing a special-edition of the "blue" album with ALL of the B-sides and singles from that period (prolly about 8-10 songs, including Suzanne, which was also on the Mallrats soundtrack!!!)
