View Full Version : Tonight's Episodes...
They were great! I don't have time to go into detail about them, because I have studying to do, but I liked both of them. Nat was hilarious and both and it's always good to see Nat and Tootie going at it every once in a while...even if Natalie is smirking during the fights http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif Has anyone noticed how it's seemingly always Jo giving Nat advice, and Blair giving Tootie advice? Or Jo and Nat talking and cracking up, or Blair and Tootie cracking up. I never really recall there being too many Jo/Tootie or Blair/Nat moments...anyone else notice this. Oh well, gotta split! And I'm gonna post my favorite line!
Best Line:
Jo: Hey, that's my bike!
Ms. G: How can you tell?
Jo: A mother knows.
LOL, that was good http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif
Oh yeah, and in the last scene of the first episode I LOVED the thought of Blair giving herself so much credit for a measly set, and the reaction Jo gave as she was reading the article. I was personally waiting for her to rip the paper down the middle....

Jo: Why would Tootie do something like that?
Blair: WHY? I know why. To make a fool of Blair Warner, that's why.
Jo: You don't need Tootie for that.

JoMarie036 01-22-2001, 11:48 PM Is it just me, or was Natalie hardly in the second episode?

There's a little bit of Jo in everybody :)
KJCOKC 01-22-2001, 11:48 PM There's an episode, I don't remember the name, where Blair reads Natalies diary and all **** breaks loose. Jo and Tootie don't hook up too much, but Nat and Blair go at it quite a bit. It's pretty funny so when it's on this go around be sure and catch it.
Michele35 01-23-2001, 12:20 AM Hey ks, I liked that line, too, but I think it's bike http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gifI've also noticed how we see more Nat/Jo and Blair/Tootie scenes.
In both of tonight's shows, Blair was just a background character but I was lol when she was reading that 'South Pacific' review..Gee, I wonder who wrote it? I thought Jo was a bit of a blabbermouth when she told Tootie and Mrs. G about Natalie writing the bad review in the paper http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/eek.gif Please nobody bust my chops cause that is just my opinion.
Michele, OOPS! Got in a bit of a hurry there.
It seems that Natalie trust Jo more and Tootie trust Blair. I'm not talking about just the fighting... Jo talked it out with Nat in the "From Russia With Love" episode, and in tonight's as well. Tootie was there when Blair found out her mother had a tumor, and there were many other times, too. I can remember a few times when Jo and Tootie would kid around, but not really. I wonder why that was...

coily2 01-23-2001, 10:19 AM Michele, I couldn't agree more. I was surprised that Jo spilled the beans. I guess Blair is the only one of the girls I could trust with a secret now.
I didn't care for the second episode too much. There were some great lines, but I found the Japanese stereotypes almost offensive. Also, Mrs. Garrett needed some Ridalin when she was going bonkers in the kitchen.
During the first episode, I think Natalie said something like "to the max!". Oh my god. The horrible 80's sayings that have popped into my mind since.
