Would you like to help in the campaign to induct composer Earle Hagen in the Television Academy Hall of Fame?
Currently, there are 90 members in the TV Academy Hall of Fame - but there is not one musician or composer. So we think Earle should be the first!
There'll be a meeting of the Music Branch of the Television Academy on August 14, and that will mark the official beginning of the effort. What would be really great is for all of you Andy Griffith Show fans to write in and express your support of a nomination for Earle.
An email encouraging Earle's inclusion can be sent to: Bryce Zabel, Academy Chairman at bryce@emmys.org
