Okay well to make a really long story short, my dad screwed up our computer and he had to restore it back to where it was when we first got it. That means my Paintshop Pro is gone. I have it on a disc, I didn't download it. So I tried to reinstall it and this came up...

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Cuz I'm about to go insane pretty soon....

Did that pop-up after you clicked install or before?

Did it do that the first time you tried re-installing it? Or did you try re-installing it before, and then closed it out, or had to restart your computer or something because it froze? Because of that's the case, you'll probably have to into your program files and delete Paint Shop Pro program completley, and then try re-installing it again.
