There is nothing to fear or loathe about bats. kirkm486 08-04-2003, 10:07 PM oh my. last night we were standing around and a big bat flew like an inch away from my friend's nose. Havent seen one since than Rockapella722 08-05-2003, 12:25 AM Ah, bats don't eat much. Only your soul. :batman: Sterling Holobyte 08-05-2003, 01:40 AM We have a lot of bats around here, but you don't have to worry about them even if you are walking around at night. I used to ride my bike at night alot, and the way the bats swoop and fly around, you'd think that I should have run into one or one should have run into me, but it never happened. That sonar they have is incredible! I'll run into a bird before I run into a bat! That's also why you never see a bat fly into a window. Mijada 08-05-2003, 05:51 AM We have them by our house too. Little baby ones. At first I thought they were birds but my neighbor said they were bats and sure enough when I looked closer I could see they were bats.
