Im a J. Lo fan but you didnt see me excited about this movie. It just sounded bad. Jersey Girl may be better, but personally I dont really wanna see Jen and Ben work together.

I've heard that test audiences wanted Ben and J-Lo to die at the end, in very grisly ways. Some were very detailed and graphic in how they wanted them to die.

J.LO LIVES DOWN 'GIGLI' ALONE

JENNIFER Lopez is dealing with the devastating failure of "Gigli" all by herself - with Ben Affleck, her co-star in life as well as on screen, hundreds of miles away.
The night before the turkey opened, she took off her engagement ring and fled the set of her movie, "Shall We Dance," in Winnipeg, Canada, for the comforts of her Los Angeles home. "Jennifer was really upset and arrived in Los Angeles on Thursday night," our spy said.

She and fiance Affleck, who's in Vancouver filming "Payback," had been spending nearly every weekend together.

J.Lo resurfaced Saturday for a photo shoot for W magazine where she was "very cranky." She later went to dinner at Koi with 15 pals, including rapper Q-Tip, and then to Shelter, where "they rang up a $9,000 bar tab" in the VIP room," a source said.

"Jennifer kept talking about the 'drama, drama, drama,' and told several people she was single before hitting the dance floor for the rest of the night. She was not wearing the engagement ring."

A pal of Lopez' denied she and Affleck have split.

Lopez might also be upset Affleck went to Brandi's Exotic Nightclub in Vancouver the night of July 17 with Tara Reid, Christian Slater and Slater's wife, Ryan Haddon.

The next day, "Entertainment Tonight" correspondent Chris Booker went to interview Affleck, but was told he was "too sick."

Booker, who dates Lopez' sister Lynda Lopez, patiently waited for a day until Affleck recuperated. The sudden illness gives credence to reports that the star was carousing into the wee hours with some of the strippers.

Meanwhile, other sources point out how strange it is that Marty Brest, who wrote and directed "Gigli," vanished so completely before it opened on Friday.

Word is that Revolution Films pushed Brest out of the picture after he got into a shouting match with producer Joe Roth outside an L.A. screening back in April. Affleck was even allowed to edit his own version of the film, said an insider.

A studio rep, however, insists that the final product was entirely Brest's vision: "Marty is a final-cut director. The film on screen is his movie."

As for the Affleck edit, the Revolution spokeswoman explains, "Ben did some edits to illustrate to Marty some of his thoughts."

Things are finally going down hill for J-Lo
Her fiance cheated on her her movie bombed and finally things are surfacing that she is not all that talented as some foolishly thought... ahhh what a good feeling

One week after The ENQUIRER's blockbuster story about Ben Affleck's sexual romp with strippers in Vancouver, stripper Tammy Morris has come forward with new revelations about Ben's wild partying night.

In an exclusive ENQUIRER interview, the busty blonde discloses that Ben had sexual contact with FOUR strippers -- including Tammy!

The issue that goes on sale Friday also reveals how The ENQUIRER's sources on the Affleck story passed lie detector tests -- and challenges Ben to do the same

Why are you even reading and replying to this thread if it is negative towards this film and you don't like the criticism? Everybody is entitled to their own opinions. If you don't like what people are saying in this thread, then don't read it. It's as simple as that.

Now there you go and spoil a good thing by attempting once again to translate emotions to language to written word.

You must be exhausted.

Take yourself a well-deserved nap.

Alright. Enough already. Lizze McGuire if you don't like to read people's negative opinions on these threads, then your solution is not to read them. Dlemond, let's not continually correct other people's spelling and grammar.
