Okay, I'm a bit confused. I know Elizabeth killed her partner Tom and that she was giving the bad guys the heads up on the inspectors, but what about the Prescott guy? Cap said he escaped while being transferred to a federal pen. and that he was filthy rich. Then she mentioned Elizabeth. Was Prescott paying Elizabeth for information on what the inspectors plans were?

Was Prescott the guy who owned the boat?

I think you have the right idea, Mo. I think he was paying her for information... or at least that's what I got out of the whole thing. They never really gave us many details. Liz explained it while she was aiming the gun at CD but she was talking so fast and out of breath it was hard to comprehend.

Yeah, I think you're right. The guy was in a cell with them so he probably promised them he'd get them out eventually, then he just cut a deal with the Marshall. That lady is pretty messed up though to think that killing her partner, setting those dudes loose, and then shooting C.D. will set free. I think she's the one who needed therapy.

She played it nice though, telling the sub to shove his courtesy. That threw me for a lil loop. I thought that would be the end of her...nope.
