For those people who can pick up on minor details, they would notice that CD was shot in her left ribs, so she's not dead. If she was shot in the heart, more likly then not she'd be dead. At least that's the way I figure it. Besides, she CAN'T die, because I SAID so along with the 1,000 or so other people who watch the show and are a fan of CD/CD and Nate. That's probably why they did it that way, so that we would KINDA have a answer as to wheater or not she died. I think it was a hint. ALSO NOT having Nate there when all that went down, was BAD on the writers part. He's sitting at the resturant thinking CD blew him off, when she's stuck there with that b*tch. PLUS I KNEW, that Marshall was a double crosser! I knew it! I should have called it so my family would be amazed but I didn't, so when she got shot I was like I KNEW IT, and they were like yeah right you didn't know. I was like YES I DID! lol Anyways, for the most part that was an awesome episode.

I think if she were suppossed to die they would have made it more dramatic like she would have been shot in front of one of the division cops and they would have like pronounced her dead...you know what I mean? But whoever said she could have bled to death, is right too...
If Tracey is signed on for season 4 then she's not dead, but if she didnt than well shes dead, lol...But I think she IS coming back

Well the last scene they show is her not moving with her eyes closed as if she died. I'm just confused because if she was really leaving the show, dont you think we would of known it ahead of time? All I know is that its most likey since Tracy Needham didnt say she was leaving.... her character didnt die. IT's just as simple as that

I just take hope in the fact that you could see her gasping for air twice in that last shot. At least she was still alive then. I also hope that Cap sent a squad car over there since she knew the Marshall was a fraud.
I had figured out the Marshall was the two timer, but I never dreamed C.D. would get shot. It was played out extremely well. I just hope she doesn't bleed out before January laying on that floor like that...

Well if yall remember the Cap was telling Magda that Elizabeth (the us marshall lady) was in on it or whatever so they probably were about to go visit her, you know? So they'd have to find CD or else since it looked like Elizabeth was moving, the movers guy..heh

I kept expecting Magda or someone to come over after the shotings, but no one did. At least Nate doesn't have to wait 6 months to find out why she didn't show up for dinner!

can someone tell me why the marshall was in on it? i know there was some story behind the reason why towards the end, but I was so exhausted I didnt catch everything.

She got paid to inadvertently free the three. When C.D. figured it out, although I'm not entirely sure C.D. had it all figured out til she was told by Liz, she said something about needing to be free and being no one because she was from nowhere-like C.D.

The woman was in serious need of therapy.

Yeah CD isn't probably dead, because she was still breathing but, barely like shallow I guess that you could call it. and plus she could've been going into shock too because of the blood loss. I hope that she'll be okay. I was shocked to see that she was shot. I like her and Nate together. I hope that for Nate and everyone else that she's alright, but especially for him. I felt really bad for Nate because he was just sitting waitiing for CD he probably thought that she stood him up or something. I wish they would've had someone go with CD, but I guess the writers wanted it to go differently.

I'm so pissed that Magda, the good girl, didn't go over and make sure everything was okay...

All through this episode I thought Jinny was going to be the one to get shot in the shoot down between her and Sanchez. Glad she got his as$ b4 he got hers.

Anyway, I dont think CD is dead either. They just cant kill her off because like PhoenixMcKeonism said, Tracey Needham didnt tell anyone she was leaving and I really doubt she would so CD isnt dead and they didnt kill off her character. Besides, her and Nate still have to go on a date.

I read online that the show had been upped for another season and it listed Tracey Needham as a main character. If she was going to die I don't think she would be added again.

Okay, I agree that if Tracey was leaving the show,we would have known about it.IMDB and TVTome both have her listed as a current cast member.Please note:Nobody knew CD was going to Liz' apartment,Nate only knew that she was going to the hospital.Since Magda went home, but Kate was still at the office,I want to think that she maybe sent the Feds over to the apartment to get Liz,but she wouldn't know that CD was there.I think this is all just to freak us out........

Although most of the facts were named and I haven't seen the ep yet, but from what I've heard and read I just came to one conclusion .... that she CAN'T DIE!!!!
I also told Cat that if Tracey was leaving the show we would have known it long before this ep and they can't just let CD and Nate come together for about 2 eps and then let her die. He would suffer from that his whole life and maybe he thinks it was his fault!!!

So, NO WAY of CD DYING!!!!!!! That's clear!!! And if ... if they really let her die, DJL and Lifetime would regret it ... I swear, I make them regret it!!!!! :mad:
