Did ya'll ever see the Miami Vice movie that came on tv back in the 80's? It was 2 hrs long i think. Philip Michael Thomas & Olivia Brown had sex with each other finally & Don Johnson & that puerto rican female cop also had sex. What was the puerto rican female cop's real name on the show? She was cute. I also had the soundtrack to the show back when i was a kid. I loved the theme song by Ian Hammer. Phil Collins In The Air Tonight song was on there. I forgot what other songs was on that soundtrack but it was a good soundtrack. The tv movie was awesome.

I bought Jan Hammer's album, "Escape from Television," years ago, which had a lot of the MV music. The music was one of the show's many strong points and really added to the atmosphere.
Speaking of music, I've heard that then NBC head, Brandon Tartikoff, originally came up with a one sentence idea for "Miami Vice," which he gave to his staff to develop, and that the single sentence that started the show out was "MTV cops."
Gina was played by Saundra Santiago.

No, I only had Jan Hammer's album mentioned in my last post, but that is exactly like a "Miami Vice" soundtrack. Actually, I don't even have that anymore, because a friend borrowed it and then movied away. Some friend. Anyway, if you bought that album, "Escape From Television," I think you'd be happy with it. On Amazon, you can find it at http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000002PHE/qid%3D1061059230/sr%3D11-1/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F1/104-1090680-7916755.
