I love North Carolina, it is one of the most beautiful states I have ever seen to;)
*Marilyn Monroe* 08-03-2003, 01:12 AM Do NOT come to Iowa! There is absolutely nothing here except Adventureland in Altoona, so there's one thing lol
First: Go to Dallas, TX, and find the Southfork Ranch. Take lots of pictures, and then go to the "Dallas" museum and take more pictures. Bring a laptop so you can show us all. Then go to Granada Hills and find Crystalaire Place. Take lots of pictures. Show them to us all. Or am I a bit carried away?
fr00ti 08-03-2003, 12:21 PM I went to Las Vegas a few years ago and it was really awesome. I'm to young to gamble but it was fun seeing all the casinos and the arcades there are awesome. :) I want to go there again sometime.

New England sounds nice though.
Montana Ponine 08-03-2003, 07:10 PM Well, I do like where I live, but I wouldn't recommend it since it looks like you and I live in the same state. :)
I say go to New York City. There's no place like it. Treat yourself to a few (okay all) Broadway shows.
Nanny Fine 08-03-2003, 07:16 PM I spent a week over the 4th of July in Savannah Georgia and I'd give up a couple of bra sizes to go back again.
It was gorgeous, beautiful, had a ton to do - I ddin't want to leave!

Ah, LV. I love that place. Anybody who visits MUST be sure to see the water show outside the Bellagio. Did you see that, Madelyn? It's the prettiest thing. My favorite part about LV. That and the Krispy Kremes they sell at Excalibur. ;)

Oh yes, and we must not forget the Field of Dreams in Dyersville. Yep.
*PinkLady* 08-04-2003, 03:02 PM Ohio blows, plain and simple. :barf: I don't recommend it.
A really nice place to go is Kentucky. It's absolutely gorgeous there.
Small Wonderian 08-04-2003, 03:09 PM the only thing here in southside Virginia is mainly Civil War historic sites and 1 or 2 Revolutionary War sites..........other than that, your best bet is to check out the Shenandoah Valley in the western part of the state......beautiful scenery and a relaxing atmosphere :)

Dont go to arizona. i live there and i hate it. i hope it dies. (hell, with all the dry deserts and dead plants its already dying.) well the big cities like phoenix and tuscon are fun... just dont go anywhere like the damn canyon, you'll be bored (and thirsty) out of your mind. LOL I went to the Grand Canyon this year, it royally :censored:
and on our way back to San Diego we stayed at Gila Bend, god what a hell hole.
But I really love Flagstaff, it was absolutely beautiful!:)
