"Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered & unresolved complaints."

There are 59 complaints filed with the BBB in the last 36 months
& 27 in the last 12 months for :Great PCs Online"

AKA:PC Experts, Great PCs.Inc, USLaptopz!

The BBB informed me of the people working there;

olga shack-Customer service contact,
gregg lapton,-Tech support Mgr.
helga belfki- Customer Service rep.
leo Belkin-Former president.

There is no "VINCE" they use this as a dummy name & e-mail account!

The leo belkin guy was with Compubridge. "A company that had an unsatisfactory record with the Cleveland BBB prior to going out of business"

i would say that if you are buying ANYTHING online - try to deal with a company that has been around for a few years... AND has a physical address, AND actually answers their phones.... way too many bad guys out there...:mad:

That's what I do. I don't buy from third-party sites. I only buy from sites like eBay or Amazon, two sites I can trust. :)

There are 3 new complaints & from what I hear these guys are getting the message but don't care! Even more of a reason to stay away!
