Ok it's summer, so most of us are either hanging out at the computer or tv watching late night. What do you get the sudden urge to eat?

Healthly foods (fruits, veggies etc.)
Cereal
Salty Junk food
Sweet Junk food
Sandwich
Icecream

Candy(Sweet Junk food)..and lately i've been wanting a cigarette so badly. Always at night too.

All junk food. I just had one for fried chicken and got it! Mostly pretzels though, so ill say salty junk food.

usually it's coffee, chocolate, something greasy and salty, or Diet Coke

Chips...omg, thats all I eat after about 9. I'm kinda surprised I'm not 350 lbs by now.

I should also add that I sometimes get an unbeatable urge for sandwiches. :winkgrin

I just love cereal at night!!! :D frosted flakes!!!! :p

Before I had to drink a soda while watching TV, but recently I stopped that. I don't drink soda anymore, so when I'm watching TV, I drink lots of water and a fruit. :p

I usually get up in the middle of the night and fix one or two sandwiches. :D

it depends on my mood sometimes its sweet,sometimes its healthy and sometimes it salty things

i would say all of the above but i'll choose cereal cause ive been having a lot of that at night lately. i'm on my 4th big bowl of golden grahams right now!
