Has anyone seen how TV Land is skipping T.A.G.S.? They just started the B&W episodes and now they're at Episode 164! How dare them! :grr:

Idk why they're doing that. You have to admit that TVL has shown TAGS for quite awhile, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the eps contract has run out. Maybe they only had the right to show some of the eps 100 times or something.

Could be that Jenny is right about the contracts and episode amounts. Another possibility is that maybe the newer episodes get more viewers. It could be that a bunch of net execs who have no knowledge of the Andy Griffith Show don't pay enough attention to what they are doing before they do it. Beats me why they jump aroulnd like that so all of a sudden.

Yes, I have realized that. I think TV Land needs to move The Andy Griffith Show to a later time. Repeating the same 30 or so episodes over and over and over gets quite old and boring. I am surprised that this show is still holding on to its 10pm slot. :sigh: I guess I Love Lucy didn't get so lucky. :(
