leave the show on his own? I think he wasn't working out and was just replaced by another guy. He disappeared kind of fast.

well, since pam dumped him they really didnt need him.... plus i thought lance charmane and pam were a good trio

i didn't know he was dumped

He did come up in that one episode "Attack of The Killer B's". But hes just Pams classmate. I agree they didnt need him after Pam and Him broke up.

When Pam hooked up with that geeky guy, they did not look right together

i'm glad he left, i didn't like him. i think lance was funnier

Lance was definitely much more funnier. Him and Charmaine handled their roles pretty good.Especially Lance, he was good at making his lines more funnier than what was in the script. Sort of like Olivia and what she did with her lines even though she was very young.
