Yeah, I'm bored out of my mind... What about you? While I was on vacation, I was able to snag a bunch of old mags... I have two Children's Digest mags for December 1966 and February 1967, a McCall's for September 1974 and a local quarterly publication from around August 1985 that has a TON of pictures that would make you cringe (I'm including an pic of an ad from there). What the h*ll were we thinking? ;)

That picture is pretty funny! The oldest magazines that I own are a Life magazine from 1986, and a Tiger Beat from 1994 that I remember buying and taking out all of the Saved by the Bell pictures to hang on my wall.

I have a lot of old magazines with articles about Mary Tyler Moore and some magazines with Elizabeth, but I'd have to go through all of them to find the oldest. That's way too many magazines to go through for me right now. ;)

I have some Popular Mechanics magazines from the early 1940's. I think the oldest is from 1941, but I would have to look it up (which would take time).
I have a lot of auto mags (Motor Trend, Car Life, Popular Science, etc.) from the late '50s into the '70s.

Well, I have some old teen magazines from like the mid-90's, but that's as far back as I can go. My dad used to collect all sports stuff and he has old sports magazines from the 1960s. My mom wants him to sell all of it though!

Tell her NO WAY! Have him hold on to them a while longer, because they'll be worth a lot of money some day. :) I have a McCall mag from 1974, and I believe it's worth something now because McCall's isn't around any more (I don't think).

 at the teen mag part - I have literally over 500 magazines going back to 1998 (with a few going back to 1995 or earlier) and they're all different kinds of mags - I think I'm going to get rich off it someday. :D My mom wants me to get rid of it, though, but I said "NO WAY! It's mine!" ;)

Wait a minute... I forgot my magazines about the Old West. I have one called "True Western Stories" from Feb., 1926. And at least two similiar mags. on the same subject also from 1926.

I've seen some of those in a movie bookstore. They are expensive. From $10.00 up to $30.00 and even higher (for each issue).
