I hate him, he's so annoying. Does he not notice how no one pays any attention to him and does his own thing (except for Magda who actually did the whole clipboard thing). I agree with what Nate said, I'd hate anyone replacing the Cap too, but he's just....oy vei. If he had agreed with CD and Raina and set patrol cars to the bank, the little boy would not have been stolen, which would've saved time searching for him, that would've got toward looking for the three people. I really hope the Cap kicks his ass, literally, in the next episode. And I hope she decides to come back soon, else sfpd isn't going to be very lovely in the handling crime department.

The minister at my Baptist church always would preach to us all that T.V., video games, movies, the internet, and any other form of entertainment were drugs.

I think the guy had something up his a$$, but I also think this was his "cappy" job ever so he wanted to good a good job. I thought he was good just cause Jinny and everyone else is talking about him and rolling eyes. Made me laugh.
