The other day when I was surfing through some channels one of my favorite movies came on. It's called 'Meet Me in St.Louis' it's older, it has Judy Garland (I'm a big fan of hers) and as I was watching it I realized that the nickname for the little sister in the family was "Tootie" isn't that crazy? I wonder if there is a connection at all. Maybe the writer who created the character was a fan of the movie. Or maybe it was just a coincidence.

Thats one of my all time favorite movies!! I was born in St. Louis and then we moved to KY and I absolutely love that movie and St. Louis. Most of my family is still there. The characters are a little a like in that they are both a little bit too nosy for their own good and now that I think about it both like singing (everyone in that movie sang though!!) and hyperventilating (the Halloween part). I never made the connection either that both characters were named Tootie though. Most likely a coincidence. I really want to see that movie now!
