I have been haunted by Monica Libao's resemblance to an old friend of mine named Roy Daley (I hope I have the name spelled right - I have never seen his name written down on paper). Roy was five foot ten inches tall, weighed about 200 pounds (much of which was fat), and had a fringe of brown hair on his head. He wore glasses and had brown or dark green eyes - I can't remember which. He had a long straight nose and acquiline features. Roy was the vice principal of a school I went to called The Ottawa Child Study Centre. Do you think he could be Monica Libao's real father?
(Note: this is essentially the same text that I used in my "Monica Villao" post; I had to make a new post because I could not change the name of my thread in the list.)

Why the hell hasn't anyone responded to this post? All I wanted to know was, has there been an update on the Monica Libao case!

That's probably because there are no updates to report. The case is unresolved.

I don't have an update, but I did just see this case and it is very intriguing. I was honestly waiting to see UPDATE pop up and have it be resolved.
I wonder if Monica was kidnapped. If she was I would think it would be easy to solve the case. I wonder if it is on the Doe Network. Something about the case makes me wonder if that is what happened. Why would her family go to the trouble of keeping her out of school on picture day and constantly move if they weren't hiding from something.
Road blocks don't normally happen if something like a kidnapping didn't happen.
I'm also wondering if her sister was still alive at the time of the segment. I'm assuming Monica went on UM after her mother died, why not ask her sister to spill everything if her mother wasn't around anymore to demand silence on the issue.
I found this case odd too and wondered if she could be found as a small child on any of the missing person websites. I would think they would have followed up with the Miami PD (isn't that where she said she thought it may have happened?) to check into children abducted in the 60s, or whenever it was. Very interesting case, I hope she finds what she is looking for. As an adopted child I can understand her frustration, and the fact she was potentially kidnapped makes it worse.

There is at least one woman, Linda Snyder ( former name Linda Bermey)
that was forced to give her babygirl up for adoption in 1963. She was 17.
She have searched for her baby since.
The baby was born March 31st 1963. 8#1oz, dark brown hair. Adopted from : The catholic unwed mothers home. Geary.
Trie and check that out.

Its not an obvious kidnapping case. I think this points more to an illegal adoption case. And there have been numerous of such.

I'm hoping with the Carlina White case being resolved recently more children snatched as infants might be found, including Marlene Santana.

It seems based off her Facebook page that she's fairly active there:
https://www.facebook.com/SusieLibao
So I wonder if someone tried to ask her about her search on that page?
