That stinks, but I suppose one of the main reasons this is happening is so that N@N can add there new shows into the lineup, hopefully they will air the episodes in order without them being skipped.

That translates to 1AM my time. I don't think I can do that. I have 8AM classes every single morning this fall. And I can't afford to fall asleep in Philosophy......

I'm just waiting for Three's to move on over to a comfortable timeslot on TVLand.

That sucks. Do you like early classes or was this schedule not really your choice? I made sure to have a late college schedule all last year. Of course, I don't know how this year will work out... I may not get so lucky.

Yay, Three's Company gets pushed aside so we can make way for... what is it first...? Full House? Roseanne? Oh Boy! .

That sucks. *le sigh* At least we have around two more months to watch it before it's reduced to just 3:00am. I was surprised that it was moved back to 11:00PM earlier this year, but I guess it was too good to last.

 It was all my fault. I'm the biggest procrastinator you'll ever meet. You see, I had a whole month to register for classes, but seeing as I thought I could do it at any time, I just put it off...until the last day. It took me three hours to build a schedule of four classes, because every single thing was taken. CLOSED, CLOSED, CLOSED was all I saw. I paniced, lol. So I'm stuck with this:

Spanish M/W/F 8:00AM - 8:50AM
Philosophy T/TR 8:00AM - 9:15AM
Psychology M/W/F 11:00AM - 11:50AM
Psyc-Recitation TR 5:00PM - 5:50PM
Writing T/TR 11:00AM - 12:15AM

Next year, I am aiming for 10AM as my first class. And I'm registering as soon as possible. Don't want to be stuck with dead end classes at awful times again...

Sorry, this was just a tad offtopic. :p

I'm the queen of off-topic. I hope I don't piss people off. :D

 about your procrastination. It reminds me of myself, only I'm probably worse. Last quarter, I registered the DAY the classes started! I go to a community college and classes don't tend to get full, so I thought I'd live on the edge. I don't recommend it! I WAS suppose to register in May for Fall 2003 quarter. I haven't registered yet, but I figure I'll be okay waiting until September like I did last year! How many credits are you doing? Those five classes look like it might be more than a full load.

I'm required to have 12 - 16 credit hours for my Freshman year, and so far, those all add up to 13. So, so far I'm good. I'm not really worried too much about them. Writing was a core requirement, and I've taken Spanish and Psychology in high school, so I love those classes. Philisophy will be my only hurdle. It was the last possible class I could have taken that was open...and that would fit into my schedule.

Oh okay. Just looking at those classes, they equal about 21 credits at my school, but then the scheduling is different, so that makes sense that they are 13 at your school. I'm required to have a full schedule all four years to be covered by my dad's insurance, which suuuucks. I already withdrew from one class so I ended up with 10 for one quarter. Luckily the insurance company doesn't pay attention to withdraws (at least they didn't last time) because as long as they get a copy of the original schedule, they leave you alone. Having a full schedule here pretty much means taking 3 classes only. I like that setup a lot.

Where do you go to school? Seems pretty lax, but I'm sure that my sophomore year will be a little easier, as soon as I get these core requirements out of the way.

Yeah, lax is the word. It's a community college in Southern Washington State. Most of the classes are 5 credits, so that's why taking more than 3 would be hard. I'm starting sophomore year this fall. I still have no idea where I'll transfer to. :o

I think that three's co. will end up coming back to a better time slot....last year they moved it to the 3am time slot and very few of the new shows they added made it... three's co. is n@n's longest running show, and it will either get a better time slot or move to tv land.

I also think it will get a better and earlier time-slot, because it is a ratings topper for Nick at Nite. I think it will get a better and earlier time-slot as the schedule calms down a bit, meaning after they add Full House and Roseanne. Currently, All in the Family is the longest running show on their schedule, but not for long, because I have a feeling it will return to TV Land, and Three's Company will probably be added to the schedule in the next year or so, and when it does I'm almost sure it y will air four times a day atleast.

This would be a good schedule:

9 pm Three's Company
9:30 Three's Company
10 pm Full House
10:30 Full House
11 pm Roseane
11:30 Roseane
12 am Cheers
12:30 Coach
1 am The Cosby Show
1:30 The Cosby Show
2 am All In The Family
2:30 All In The Family
3 am Three's Company
3:30 Three's Company
4 am Wings
4:30 Perfect Strangers
5 am Family Ties
5:30 Head of the Class

They should get rid of Kids Say the Darnest Things because no one really watches it. What do you think of this schedule?

Doesn't NAN start at 10:00pm? I can almost predict thats its going to be Full House at 10:00pm for an hour, Roseanne at 11:00pm, Cosby at midnight,

I updated the upcoming episodes through end of September on my website's On TV: Nick@Nite section. So you can check what they are skipping and what they are airing.

Some good news. Nick@Nite changed the timeslot starting September 26. It will air at 1AM and 4AM ET/PT instead of 3AM.

THIS ISNT FAIR! I just checked my tvguide listing and its true. YOu have no idea how pissed I am! I LOVE TC and tape every episode that airs. How could they move it to 3am especially since the star of it just died. WTF is roseanne? I hate roseanne. I think we should start a petition to either have a three's company tribute marathon or have three's company moved to a better timeslot. I'm so mad you have no idea its not even fair im crying right now cuz i love that show so much. now i cant even watch it cuz of its time slot. stupid nick at nite. i hate it so much. anyone wanna help me start a petition cuz im a crazed fan?

It's not 3AM, I said it's 1am and 4am. It was suppose to air at 3AM, but they have moved it to 1AM, with a reairing at 4AM. Which IS better than just 3AM.

It's still not fair! Why do they have to move it to such a terrible time slot especially during the school year? Dont they realized that Roseanne and Full House arent as good as TC? And Nick @ Nite is known for classic tv. Now that Roseanne and Full House r on it, its gonna turn into another one of those stations like TBS thats known for showing 80's and early 90's shows. I'm SOOO mad at nick at nite. Now I cant even watch my favorite show. It's such a *&&%$^%*%$^$#$#)$!!!! no one feels my pain. I cant live a day without TC!

Maybe I am just showing my age here, but is it just me or is Nick At Nite starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel?

When I started seeing the bumpers for "Roseanne" and "Full House," I felt like N@N was starting to slip. To me, shows like "Roseanne" and "Full House" are simply too recent to be shown on the network. Moreover, they are great examples of shows I liked for a while at the time but now find somewhat mortifying. (I of course can't speak for everyone else). Then again, I didn't have too much of a problem when "Coach" aired on N@N, though I was personally never a fan.

"Roseanne" was indeed popular for many seasons, but I'm not sure "Full House" has enough respect and reverence to be given such prominence on N@N. "Three's Company" at least has a track record, and while there are some detractors out there, I don't think its status as a "classic sitcom" has ever been truly challenged.

Does anyone know how N@N chooses its shows? Every year or so, they should have viewers vote on what they would like to see and then try to acquire the rights to the top two or three shows.
