Dorothy mentions Kaopectate (sp) once and Sophia says she's gonna be the new fry girl at McDonald's if she can see over the counter. Also Dorothy mentions something about using the Texaco gas station down the street when they're trying to install a new toilet. Any other products or businesses you can think of?

The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Metamucil when Dorothy says to Sophia, "One more word out of you and I'll cut off your supply of Metamucil!" :lol: I love that line.

Sophia mentions "Desenex". When she was telling the story with the grape-stompers that had athlete's foot, and that the wine tasted like Desenex. Also a little after that, "Dr. Scholl" is mentioned.

I remember one time there was a reference to someone eating Oreo's. Also, when Sophia had gotten sick from eating too much, she said she had some Milk Duds (along with a ton of other stuff she had eaten that day).:p

Then when Sophia and Dorothy had to share a bed one night, Dorothy said something like, "Does it say K-Mart on the back of my nightgown?" and Sophia replies, "as a matter of fact it does, ya cheapskate!" :talk:

Well I remember one episode where Blanche is eating a bag of Chips-O-Ohy and Sophia says some remark about her eating the whole bag, and another where Dorthey said sorry i am upset i missed "The Facts Of Life: DownUnder" and another remark in the Marguerite episode, where Blanche says ," Tootie is my favorite charcter from "The Facts Of Life", Dorthey also says something bout Allen Thick, how she cant belive he has a hit tv show ("Growing Pains"), and another where Sophia talks bout her cooking and compares it Chef Boryarde, And Sopihia Also says in thats shes wearing alittle Ben-Gay and Dorthey says what are you trying to do,Pickle ur self so u can leave to be 100!

And Sophia tells Rose a story one time about two Italian girls with three things "A piza recipe, some dough, and a dream". She goes on to say something about a man coming between them, and later she says, "Rose, one of thost girls was me.... And the other one you probably know as 'Mama Celeste'". I'm guessing Mama Celeste is some type of Pizza-Making company? Frozen Italian food, or something?

Also, the one where they're sick Dorothy stole the cap off of Rose's "Nyquil: Dorothy says, "I'm sick Rose, and being mean to you makes me feel better". Lol..

And, "Vick's Vapor-rub" is mentioned on a couple-a-few episodes.

Jeez, why do I think of all the medicines? Sophia must be my favorite character, lol.

When Dorothy & Blanche are mad at Rose because they think she wrote about them in her journal, when actually it was a 4-H diary she was keeping for 2 pigs she raised for the fair, they kept going to Sophia's room to talk to her. When Rose saw Dorothy & Blanche, she tells Sophia, "I'll just come back" and Sophia says "What do think I am? A 7-11? I'm not up all night!"

Also, Sophia's cleaning out her purse and Rose asks "Did all that stuff come out of your purse?" and Sophia replies "No, Rose, I'm also cleaning out my ears, that's where the rain bonnet and FEEN-A-MINT came from.":lol: :lol: :D ;)
