Pearl was my favorite. Next would be Adelaide Brubaker and then Mrs. Garrett.

Adelaide and Pearl were probably the best!
If Mrs. G had stayed a little more maybe she would be the best...

Well of course Mrs. G was the best!! Even if you don't like her on DS, you have to love her on FOL.

I prefer Pearl most of all. Now I am a bigger Mrs. G fan, but IMO, she was always out of place on DS because I was always so used to her on FOL.

I remember being like 6 or 7 and seeing a first season rerun of DS and wondering why Mrs. Garrett was on there, LOL

Pearl seemed like too much of a Mrs. Garrett clone to me. At least with Adelaide, they made an effort to bring in someone who was a little different. I actually don't like Mrs. Garrett all that much on DS or the first season of FOL (she seemed much dumber than later on), so I guess my vote would be for Adelaide.

I like Mrs. Garrett.

To me Mrs. Garrett seemed to fit in fine with the Drummonds. She had a great Rapor with them especially Arnold. (Excuse any mispellings)

Mrs. G was the best. Pearl worked well for the part of th '80s she was on, but special attention must be given to Adelaide. Nedra Volz did a wonderful job playing the part. She was funny, sweet, and hilarious. Nedra Volz was also in the '80s classic "Moving Violations" and a fairly recent doritos commerical with Judge Reinhold. She is still going at 90something. Go NEDRA!
