Okay, I guess I would bargain with Erin. I'll try to make it at least 12 midnight.

Actually, when I was about 13 to 17 years old, during the summer I stayed up until 1:00 AM, 2:00 AM, even 3:00 AM. The latest was 4:35 AM (I think; I kept a record for 1978).
The local T.V. stations were running shows like "Get Smart," and "The Twilight Zone" from 11:00 PM-1:30 AM. I watched those, then read books (I love to read).
This, of course, was only during the summer, when school was out. It was great to wake up at 11:00 AM!
