AllIWantIsYourClutch 07-24-2003, 01:33 PM The Wizard of Oz.
BrandonS 07-24-2003, 02:38 PM I'm not sure, but "Forbidden Planet," "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly," "The Day the Earth Stood Still," and "North by Northwest" are very great films.
littleputz114 07-24-2003, 02:45 PM Umm...I dont know. My favorite Horror movies are, Final Destination, Final Destination 2, and Ghost Ship! I own all 3!
Kay Scarpetta 07-24-2003, 03:00 PM The Wizard of Oz, Gone With the Wind, The Godfather I/II/III, It's a Wonderful Life (I love that movie)
webuster 07-24-2003, 05:39 PM I agree about 'The Wizard of Oz'- and 'The Day the Earth Stood Stil' -which I saw for the first time yesterday, is pretty good too
I'm the only person on the planet not to have seen 'The Godfather'
Mijada 07-24-2003, 08:34 PM I would choose "It's a Wonderful Life". Such a moving film.

felicitylen 07-25-2003, 02:28 PM Ghost!
Glith 07-28-2003, 04:58 PM Tremors.
bandito 07-28-2003, 09:40 PM The Godfather, with out a doubt!
DianeChambers87 07-28-2003, 09:44 PM The Godfather, (even though I haven't seen the full 4 hours yet) Akita Kurasawa's "The 7 samurai", Gone with the wind, and Finally Sound of Music. I would label those as classics.
onefortheroad 07-28-2003, 11:03 PM other ones i'd choose (besides the godfather from my original post) are the seven samurai, it's a wonderful life, lawrence of arabia, and maybe casablanca or gone with the wind. those could also pass for the greatest movie of all time.
onefortheroad 07-28-2003, 11:11 PM the original star wars trilogy are my favorite movies, ive seen them all so many tiems that ive memorized all of them, even the alien dialect, even though star wars is an awesome movie i don't think it would deserve number 1, it could pass for numbers 3-10, and the empire strikes back could be placed in the 30s or 40s.
