SBTB Geek 07-22-2003, 06:14 PM Here are three snippets from Britney's upcoming album. I'm not a big Brit fan, but I suppose some of you might like to hear these:

Mr. Stefani 07-22-2003, 06:20 PM I heard those on TRL a few months ago. What crap:lol:
She hasn't gone away yet? Here's hoping her next album tanks.
anaïsFANxx 07-22-2003, 06:57 PM Hm..I don't like Britney much. I think it's time for someone else to hold the spotlight for a while. **coughcoughplaycoughcough* jp. :D

Actually I like Britney. I'm not like a fanatic though, but I dont hate her. But, just FYI, her last album Britney didnt sell nearly as much copies as Oops I Did It Again or Baby One More Time. So unless she has a really really great song to start it off, I dont expect this album to do THAT great.

I listened to those all. I don't like the first one or the third one, but the second is okay I guess. IMO, she was much better when people called her the "Princess of Pop", like in her Baby One More Time-Oops I did it Again years. I was such a big fan in those days. She's so different now. I don't know what she's trying to be now but she's lost that Princess of Pop image.

Me either. I didn't like the "Britney" album. And plus, just my opinion, but I don't think she has as many fans as she did before. Her personality has really changed. She used to be this really sweet girl who would do anything for her fans and now from specials I saw on E!, she's been telling people to go away, and giving people the middle finger, smoking, etc.

I know, i like her and all. But she has changed way to much.
Hey, Kristina. our post total is almost the same. :D
¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 07-23-2003, 01:50 PM I also heard that a while ago on TRL. I cannot WAIT for her CD to come out- Ill be buying it the day it comes out. My favorite CD of hers is Oops!, but Britney is just about tied with it. I dont like her personality, but I love her music.
*Marilyn Monroe* 07-23-2003, 04:20 PM "Britney" is actually my favorite of the 3. I like her attitude now better than when she was doing "Baby, One More Time."

What an idiot, not you, I meant Britney. Not a good deal to be giving people the finger or telling them to go away, especially since those people prob. buy her cds and her posters and all sorts of other stuff.

thats b/c she was a bubble gum "aritist"...now shes probably being herself and making the music she wants.
As much as i hate her music, i'm afraid to say shes always going to be around. shes like madonna. she doesnt have the best voice or music, yet people still seem to be infatuated with them.
SBTB Geek 07-24-2003, 02:17 PM I actually thought "Britney" was her best album. It was more original, creative, and overall better. Her first two albums were clearly manufactured, and the lyrics were ridiculous- "Soda Pop," "E-Mail My Heart," "Dear Diary." At least "Britney" has something worth listening to.
passionsfan79 07-28-2003, 06:10 PM aka nice picture iam a big beach boys fan i saw them four times in concert and brian wilson twice. i just saw the beach boys a few months ago. i know some people dont call them the beach boys no more just mike and bruce. but ill still always call them the beach boys
Sheryl Fizzle T 07-28-2003, 06:13 PM Hasn't she fallen out the pop radar?
Britney Spears will be on "Celebrity Boxing" next year with Christina Aguilera. :D
Heck, even Avril Lasagnia has more talent than Bratney Spears.!!!

musicradio77 07-31-2003, 05:55 PM The first 3 Britney albums are good, the fourth one will be a better place to hear her track, "Brave Girl" from her new album. I heard some classic Britney songs on Radio Disney, and on WKNY.
Camillian 07-31-2003, 07:58 PM I really like Britney since her 1st album. The #1 and (surprisingly) #3 album sold almost the same amount. I was watching this one show and that's what she said. I liked the #2 album the best though. I have to buy her fourth album they say it comes out late October. I think the fourth is goona be really good. Although she has really changed since her second album and her upcoming fourth. She has this new look and style. on the "W" August 2003 cover she looks really diffrerent she has this 60's look with long straight bangs.
SBTB Geek 08-01-2003, 01:47 AM LOL... Britney's third album, didn't even sell close to her debut! ...Baby One More Time sold 13 million, and Britney sold barely 6 million- and alot of it was from exporting the album to other international markets. I would be surprised if her 4th album makes it to 4 mil.
It's not because of her music, but because the economy isn't doing as well, and people don't have enough money to waste on entertainment anymore. Plus, the internet is more pop. than ever.
