When they got older, they either knew each other better and they were better friends, or it wasn't worth their time. josthebest 01-13-2001, 06:53 AM Speaking of them fighting or not, did you see the ep where Jo asks a computer for advice about her and Blair? (it was a goofy one, IMO) Anyway, it was the only time I saw BLAIR about to kick JO'S ($#$... After Jo screws up the message about the Helen of Troy contest, Blair like stalks her around the room and Jo's actually intimidated... I was like, "An earlier version of Jo would've totally taken her on." Then again, Blair had adrenaline on her side. (: (Or maybe I'm taking this TV SHOW waaaaay too seriously!!!) JoFan 01-13-2001, 12:11 PM LOL..personally I love the way they grow closer as time goes on. I found Jo to be a little too cold in the beginning. But the fighting never stopped...it kept going right to the end. As for the Helen of Troy contest, I don't think Jo was intimidated. I think she humored Blair because it was Jo's fault she got dragged around. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/biggrin.gif coily2 01-13-2001, 01:36 PM I agree, I liked it better as time passed. The tough girl act, while funny, really grew old. It's awesome to watch in the reruns, because she softens up within a couple of weeks. But keep in mind that when this show originally aired, you were seeing how catty they were for a year or two, and it got really tiring. However, I find blair vs. jo in the last couple of seasons pretty useless, like they were just insulting each other for the sake of insulting each other. |
