Yes, that was episode titled "The Clothing Drive." In this episode, he appears as Beaver's classmate. He is seated in the seat right before Beaver's, but interestingly enough, we never see him before or after this episode.

Actually, Tim is in one other episode as Mike. He is in "Tell it to Ella", where Beaver writes to the advice columist because he is not allowed to stay out late on school nights.
