His name was Frank Nelson. You can read his bio at
http://us.imdb.com/Name?Nelson,+Frank+(II). On the Hawaii episodes he was the pilot, in the one where Lamont buys an engagement ring he was the salesman, and the one where Janet's ex husband comes back around he was the waiter. He would always have his back turn and when summoned he would turn around and say, "Yeeeuuuus?" Then there would be a round of applause. I am suprised you don't know him.

he was also in SARGENT GORK. He was one of the prisoners.
he was only there for 3-4 episodes so I could stomach him.

He was also some episodes of "I Love Lucy" during the 1950's. He palyed the part of a game show host Lucy was on called "Females are Fabulous" ans then played a neighbor of the Ricardos when they moved to Connecticut during the last year of the show.

Ah, Frank Nelson...nobody could play the wise-ass salesman/waiter/clerk better than he! Mr. Nelson also made quite a few "appearances" on "The Flintstones" (particularly "The Engagement Ring" {25 November 1960}, "No Help Wanted" {21 October 1960} and, my personal favorite, "The Hot Piano" {3 February 1961}).

And it's "EEEEYEEEEESSSS?"
