60 min.
Debut: Attempting to duplicate the success of its Sunday-night lineup of original series, Lifetime rolls out two primetime dramas on Saturday.
The first takes a cue from the life story of corporate crusader---and host of the cable network's Final Justice---Erin Brockovich. It casts Joely Fisher as Zoe Busiek, a Las Vegas blackjack dealer who winds up investigating insurance-fraud mysteries after her sister's children are denied compensation following their mother's death. In the opener, Zoe lands her new job after returning home to Chicago to raise her grieving nephew and nieces...and hunt for the truth about the accident that took her sister's life. The premiere of 1-800-Missing with Gloria Reuben follows
TLC4Whitney 07-19-2003, 11:39 AM It wont duplicate the Divisions success...Division rocks..!
Rhiannon 07-19-2003, 04:58 PM I don't think those shows will do very well, like For The People. Their ratings won't get as high as TD's or Strong Medicine's.
PhoenixMcKeonism 07-20-2003, 11:48 PM if you ask me the division and strong medicine and any day now are lifetimes best shows and they will be for a while

totally agree --- although i think im gonna check out wild card. it looks interesting.. but it wont ever compare with THE DIVISION.. plus saturday nights arent the best night for t.v viewing. Most people are out because its their day off of work and things like that. but hey. maybe it will do good. but the division will always rock.
PhoenixMcKeonism 07-21-2003, 09:46 PM can you imagine if they moved the division to saturday nights? I would just die....

it wuold be nice if they showed it more than once a week. like a repeat from the first or second season on saturday.. but i kinda like the fact its on sunday. .. except when school starts, its sooo late. sighh.. - cz i have to wakeup at like 5:30. . . but its summer and well . . . . . im happy to see the division every week! l0l--
InspectorExstead 07-22-2003, 02:44 AM I agree, these shows are not going to have the same success as Division, Strong Medicine, and Any Day Now had. Lifetime's trying to make more money but for all we know, it could end up like For the people (took me a couple of seconds to remember the name-till i looked at the previous posts, see what i mean). i agree, sat. nights are not good...of course, if division was played saturdays, which i hope it doesn't, lots of people would end up staying home. :)
#1_Nancy_McKeon 07-22-2003, 06:29 PM Yeah, what they're trying to do here is duplicate the success "Lifetime Sunday" has. So their ratings aren't high only one day a week. Two is better than one... (Unless it comes to heart attacks.) Personally- if you ask me I don't think they're going to have such a success with Lifetime Saturday as they did Sunday. Like a lot of people said before I think it might be in the ranks of 'For the People' that lasted a Season. If that's true they're going to be out a lot of money.
Hmm... I don't think I even watched a full episodes of 'For the People'.
jinnygirl2005 07-22-2003, 09:04 PM I didn't even watch past the credits of For the People. Saturday line up wont be half as good I can see it now.
oh and Miranda Browser, I mean what did you hear something?

hmm --- i dont thikn it willl compare to the division.. i think the shows appeal to me, but not as much as the divison, strong med., and any day now. and if u look at lifetimes schedule, on August 3rd (thats a sunday) Any day now wont be on at 11. Wild Card will be on at 10, adn then 1-800 Missing.. and i dont think strong emdicine will be on that sunday. . weird huh? idk.. but they will be showing alot of the pilot episodes of these 2 shows. i guess they want it to be a big sucess but, i thinkthe division is so much better.. go cast of divison. l0l byez

LOL! Don't worry about not getting past the credits of For The People, believe me you didn't miss anything. No way will these new shows ever compare to The Division or Strong Medicine.
